My approach is strength-based and person-centred, which means you are at the heart of the process. I trust in your innate capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we create space for insight, reflection, and the natural unfolding of your potential.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a lifelong creatrix! I studied Fine Arts at Sydney College of the Arts and continue to explore a range of creative practices, including ceramics, painting and mixed media, as well as traditional crafts such as weaving and candle making. My personal creative practice deeply informs the way I hold space - with curiosity, presence, and respect for the many ways expression can emerge.
