Cacao Ceremony - Sound Journey - Creative Expression and Integration

Rooted in a long-term personal practice of creative meditation with the medicine of Mother Cacao, this offering invites participants to work with this gentle plant ally to support heart-opening, reflection, and inner exploration.

Participants are guided through a Cacao meditation, followed by a sound journey. This process supports a deepening inward, allowing space to connect with aspects of the self that may be less accessible in everyday awareness.

As the inner landscape is explored, images, sensations, symbols, or messages may naturally emerge. These experiences are then given form through creative and verbal expression, helping to bring what has been sensed internally into the physical world. Oracle and Tarot cards may be used as an additional reflective tool to support meaning-making and integration.

This offering is held gently and with care, allowing each participant to engage at their own pace and in their own way.
